I'm having a hard time caring since we're only talking about a difference of ONE day.
I guess I'm leaning towards hoping for it to rain. I remember last summer by the 20th 103 temperature in a row I was ready for rain. Rain was never more beautiful than it was the day it rained. :)
Breaking a record by just one day isn't worth it to me.
